Facility Use Policy
The facilities of Blue Springs Assembly (Church) are open to rent by members only and as long as they do not conflict with the beliefs of the church. Events must be requested at least 4 weeks in advance. Events may be scheduled at any open time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. Sunday events must start no earlier than 2pm (setup must begin AFTER service). Saturday events must be done by 4pm and require a custodian cleaning fee. Event requests take at least 1 week to process.
Non-perishable items are available for use during the event which includes tables and chairs as well as non-perishable kitchen equipment. All equipment must be cleaned and all trash must be taken out to the dumpster immediately following the event. The Café is not available for renting.
Facility Use Required Fee Schedule
- Rental Fee $75 flat rate
- Coordinator Fee $25 per hour
- Custodial Cleaning Fee $50 flat rate
- Required for Saturday events only.
Facility Use Optional Fee Schedule
- Kitchen Deposit (refundable) $25 flat rate
- Required for kitchen area use.
- Media $25 per hour
- Audio and Video Available.
